• Services: coaching, programs, academy, microlearnings, and other CWJ products.
2. Use of the website

• Users are not allowed to misuse the website (e.g., hacking, spreading malware, unauthorized use of content).
• All intellectual property rights (texts, logos, content, visuals) belong to CWJ unless otherwise stated.
3. Services and agreements
• An agreement is established once you book or purchase a service.
• Payment must be made through the indicated payment methods.
• Access to the CWJ Academy or other online learning environments is strictly personal and may not be shared.
4. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
• For online services, access may start immediately. The statutory right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully delivered.
• For coaching sessions, cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that, costs may be charged.
5. Liability
• CWJ strives to deliver services with care and professionalism.
• CWJ is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or missed results.
• Coaching, training, and advice are supportive; outcomes also depend on the user’s efforts.
